It's not only that he takes poor shots. It's that he takes poor shots w/o a single pass being thrown multiple times a game. Shots that only a select few players in the league should take, and he takes them all the time.

I don't even want him running the second unit. Feel like Korver should the be the focus of those units, and Rose being the primary ball handler just won't work with him. Wade is a far smarter player who knows how to better use Korver.

I’d rather just cut him. There’s no use for him on this team. We haven’t missed him since he’s been out and we don’t really need him when he’s here. His entire offensive game is driving to the basket. And when he misses he puts us in a terrible position in transition. I’d rather have deron. He looked a lot better and was a much better passer.

Rose isn't good at making the cross court or long pass while in the air. He just doesn't have that fast ball pass that is needed. I don't think he is useless though to the offense. He makes really good short passes in traffic.

Lue needs to add some wrinkles for outlet passes for both Wade and Rose. They both seem to attack and get stuck with no outlet, it might also be why they both take long 2s. Having a trailer in Green or Crowder that can be an outlet to then swing pass to 3 point shooters or go to the rim should help.

Yeah reports are coming out that Rose is trying to “get his” so a team pays him next year

I hate Shumpert, but he's been fantastic as our starting PG compared to Rose.

Perspective people, perspective. He's the same level signing as Calderon.
They hoped to catch lightning in a bottle- so far it hasn't happened. He may be playing with Marbury in China next year.

Rose has a place on this team. LeBron checked out mentally for a long stretch in this game. They would have had a easier time tonight if they could have called plays with Rose initiating the offense. The bad stretch of Wade throwing up bad shots could have seen Rose check in and take over the offense.

We need PGs, getting rid of Rose doesn't help that issue. Maybe we can upgrade and move Rose to our 3rd PG and not rely on him when IT is healthy. This team is going to be hard to watch until they can get 48 minutes of PG play and a center Lue will actually play.

His advanced impact stats suggest he’s a 3rd PG in this league. His BPM is one of the lowest ever for a guy who has started 7 games and played 188 minutes+. His RPM numbers are onnce again bottom of the barrel. He cannot help any team win in any meaningful way anymore.

I wouldn't rely on Rose with his health so far. If we can bring in a PG or combo guard I would do it. I'd prefer a combo guard to smooth out the ups and downs we have gotten from both guard positions this season.
