Just an aside - If you're cutting, it may be easier if you stay away from shakes. They aren't very filling in my opinion.I'm not a sandwich guy. Typically, I eat eggs (mostly whites) and some fruit in he morning. My lunch consists of grilled chicken with a salad and dinner is a protein with a side. My snacks between meals is a handful of almonds and maybe some string cheese. I'll throw down a couple protein smoothies as well. My diet isn't perfect, but it's not awful.
I'm just curious to find out more about about how he uses veggies. If it isn't a salad or steamed broccol/carrots with dip- I have no idea what to do with vegetables. That's about all I eat with them, like to expand a bit.
