In the goat ass.
Don't talk ill of LeBron's ass.
In the goat ass.
You either overpay for two old bodies that are breaking down, or lose them and not have the cap space to replace their talent. Either way is a win for us.C
The only question is what they are going to do with Iggy/Livingston. Iggy could get some larger offers than the Warriors would like to pay. Livingston is an ideal PG for a lot of teams that create offense from other positions (Cavs/Bucks/Rox/etc) in that he can switch a LOT of positions. He could end up with a starting role and really hasn't ever made money (this is the most he has ever been paid at 5.5M) due to the injury and this is almost certainly his last chance at a larger contract (turns 32 before opening day in the fall).
I would LOVE to somehow get Livingston. We couldn't afford him, and his affinity for injuries would probably return, but he'd be a GREAT PG for us.You either overpay for two old bodies that are breaking down, or lose them and not have the cap space to replace their talent. We couldn't. He is probably going to get a sizable payday from a team like Minnesota or Milwaukee ready to make that next step while everyone is on rookie contracts.I would LOVE to somehow get Livingston. I know, I know. He'd be good for teams like that. Can you imagine if he goes to Milwaukee? The length and athleticism on that floor from certain lineups? My God...We couldn't. One official of the Oklahoma City Thunder was encouraged by the upbeat tone of Kevin Durant in the days following their loss to the Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference Finals.
Up to the point the Warriors lost in Game 7 of The Finals, the Thunder were confident of their chances to re-sign Durant.
“The day Golden State lost, everything changed,” the official said. “The phone calls, the text messages, they were more distant.”
Draymond Green texted Durant less than an hour after the Warriors lost to the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 7.
“See what we’re missing,” Green recounts the text message he sent to Durant “We need you. Make it happen.”
Green had been recruiting Durant for months but this was his strongest pitch.
“Right after you lose Game 7,” Green says, “shows you’re serious.”
Durant responded: "I'm ready. Let's do this."
They didn't even seem to celebrate after they won because they knew they would. Never seen such a muted celebration.
Your own fault for watching it or reading any articles about the Warriors. What did you expect?Green had a huge rant how they won despite the refs only being on clevelands side. I literally can't stomach anything about that organization.
It was in my twitter feed I didn't seek it out.Your own fault for watching it or reading any articles about the Warriors. What did you expect?
The 16-1, couldn't seal the historic record two years in a row, Warriors, will undoubtably be worse next year.
I see them losing Cavs killer Livingston, and it wouldn't surprise me to see an overpay for Iguodala, maybe by a West team, just to break up their bench.
I think we all knew 2017 would be a challenge after they teamed up. Griff did his best, but we will never know if Bogut could have made a difference in the layup line out there most games.
It's the 2018 season and the Warriors are already at the bottom of the mountain again. I'll bet on the Cavs to get to the top first.
Then why did you say in the LeBron thread he will get at least 1 more if not 2?It's far more likely this is the worst they will ever be.
