Fast Food

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
In n out gets its ass kicked by Wendy's any day of the week

Not a wendys fan except their salads are good, but I think In n Out is way over rated.

I go to McDonald's about once a week. I'm definitely saying yes lol

I think McDonald fries are made of meth. There is no reason they are that good.

Wendy's is my favorite fast food burger unless you count Five Guys. Their beef just tastes way better than most other places. McDonald's burgers taste like salt. Wendy's burgers taste like beef.

Keep in mind we don't have some of the same places you guys out West do on the East coast.

I never liked Wendy's burgers. But I love their spicy chicken. And the chili...which reminds me, I haven't gotten their chili in way too long.

They have this thing here called the Cheesy Cheddarburger that's on the local selections section (there's also a Carolina Classic with chili and cole slaw) and it's pretty much crack in burger form. Not sure if it's available elsewhere, as I can't recall if I ever got it before moving here.

Wendy's is my go-to hangover joint pretty much entirely because of that fucker. Only thing that sucks is that Wendy's is the only fast food place that's not in my neighborhood, so I've gotta drive at least ten minutes to get to one. Got Taco Bell, McDonald's, Burger King, Chickfila, and Bojangles all within like a two block radius, but no fucking Wendy's.

They suck. We don't do any noteworthy burgers etc, we just do Mexican stands etc instead.

We have a jack in the box on every corner and it's the worst of all fast food. It's actuslly infuriating bc they could have put in something good like a Wendy's or rallys etc and it's just more garbage

We have Jack in the Box here and I agree it was disappointing, especially after the hype.

Granted the only one I've been to is in a shitty area, so that may have an impact on the quality. The Wendy's there is terrible too.

Got a chicken sandwich for lunch at a Wendy's on the CT shoreline about a year ago. Drive-thru, had to eat at my desk. One bite - stopped cold. No really - chicken was frozen solid.

They say their beef is never frozen, but their chicken is.

Woah. Which chicken sandwich did you get?

I'm not a fast food guy at all, but my two boys need their fix. The wife and I were dieting because it rains pretty much every day lately, can't get out for a run. After three weeks my three year old was in the car seat shouting "NO! Burger and fries, daddy!" over and over. There's got to be a break from healthy food for everyone.

Like David, my go-to is a family owned taco stand over a chain any day of the week. My kids aren't that into Mexican yet, so I compromise. I have a KFC/Taco Bell five blocks away. Score me a greasy bucket of the Colonel and a side of cole slaw and the whole family is happy... until the grease shits hit all of us at once. We have a one bathroom place. The competition gets fierce.

I just learned little Marco's Pizza has blown up and even made it to the West Coast. Good for them, I couldn't believe it was the same janky chain I used to split with my high school friends on weekend nights growing up.

I have a Burger King one block away, it's trash. I have a Jack in the box a couple blocks away, I'm getting sick of it. I actually bought their "healthy teriyaki" bowl one day just because the burgers didn't look appetizing. McDonald's is only good for making my kids happy, I hate it. Carls Junior is nowhere close to me, but that's become my go-to fast food burger if I don't just hit a local diner. I miss Wendy's badly.

Who the fuck eats a salad at a fast food restaurant?

McDonalds gets ripped by everyone but deep down most people have an insatiable craving for Micky D's

Wendy's: Probably the best overall fast food, food

Burger King: Outside of the original chicken sandwich their food is inedible

Taco Bell: Great late night food that you will inevitably puke up

KFC: Sounds like a good idea at the time but once you get the food in front of you immediate regret sets in. It either is dripping with grease or has been held for way too long because no one goes into KFC's anymore. Hours afterwards you are feeling the pain of this regrettable decision as no fast food restaurant causes more digestive issues like KFC does.

Arby's: Arby's is surprisingly good. However; I just had the Oreo Bites. My god are those things bad

Chick Fil'a: It's good but it's literally a cult now.

McDonald's has awesome fries. That's where they beat most other fast food. Unfortunately I try not to eat fries so I rarely get to eat them. But compared to every other fast food joint I've tried, I've definitely gotten fresh fries at McDonald's more than anywhere else outside of a made to order place like Five Guys.

Gotta disagree on KFC though. Maybe it's because I go to one that's always busy, but I feel like the food I have gotten there is always perfectly fresh and straight out of the fryer. I hadn't eaten at KFC for probably five or six years (outside of grabbing it once last year because there was one right by the dog oncology place I was taking my old dog) because I had similar past experiences to you, but the one near me is awesome.

Note that I usually get a chicken sandwich or strips. Haven't tried their actual fried chicken. Their sandwich is right up there with Chick-fil-A though.

Marcos is so fucking good. Especially for a chain.

It's even better hangover food. Get a chalupa with nacho cheese and that will soak up all the bad decisions from the night before with another bad decision the day after.
