I'd agree with this definition:

Claims like that should never come without proof. I'd rather just read "hey dude who posted the video, the guy who's video you quoted is a huge racist... blah blah, here's an article or video of his where he makes his stance known. Just thought you should know before watching anymore of his stuff." Instead we get 3 paragraphs of what Gouri thinks the guy is with nothing, absolutely nothing to back it up. It's even more ridiculous when it was put on me to prove Gouri's assertion. You make the accusation you show the proof or you should get called out.

This I have to say is a major reason why Trump was elected. People see this accusation flinging and just say I'm not siding with that. It hurts your cause, a lot of which I agree with, to be backing behavior like that up. You might get 6 likes from the usuals, but someone is lurking and saying ughhhhh......

Calling everything racist is a card that is pulled CONSTANTLY.
