Really wanted to see him in Cleveland but in draft where guys get picked from 2 games performance and few workouts with 3rd pick u can't really know. I was really shocked that Cavs choose TT, can't really blame Grant i guess he had his reasons. Don't really get those rumours that he played Cavs FO, buyout was prepared he just wanted to know for sure where he lands because it was his money that were on the line.

Jonas is already star here in Lithuania, you will rarelly see a 8 thousand basketball fans army follow their u19 team to another country ( well Latvia is not that far away but still :gap: ). Can't really remember any player who got so much attention at this age, well maybe Sabonis did donno.

For one comparing Summer League success and FIBA tournaments is two different animals..

This isn't a tournament of the best players in world this was a youth tourney that isn't restricted to amateur status.

So, no, it's not the same. It's more like summer league that counts.

But that still doesn't tell you anything other than that Jonas is head and shoulders above the 19 and under players that could be bothered to participate in the tourney.
