Heard he is back.
Might as well sign a full back if you want a blockerPlus Hunt would instantly be the best blocker of his position group and adds versatility as a pass catcher, regardless if he can't run like he used to.

“To replace Nick Chubb”
Up to $4 million. I'm sure a huge chunk of that is incentive basedMy guess is the 4 million is why he wasn't signed by anyone else before this. Ford was a cheaper option for the Browns and you don't pay your #3 RB that much. Even if his asking price was vet minimum, I'm not sure many teams would have taken on Hunt with his past if they didn't have a clear role for him. He just doesn't make sense as a #3 RB sitting on the bench because of the risk.
It makes a lot more sense now for the Browns to bring him in. Clear role and playing time. We also need someone better for pass protection and an outlet for Watson. He also can take on the role of running between the tackles if Ford just isn't cutting it.
I picked one up. He'll more than likely be a shell of himself but a native Clevelander playing for the Browns isn't a bad add to the random Browns jersey collection. Thanks for the heads up!Get your jersey while it is still half off.
