He had help. This isn't a all or nothing dichotomy. There are "shades of help" in between. You don't win 60+ games for two consecutive seasons with no help. I would agree however that James teams are (on paper) not as good as the current Lakers and Celtics teams. However, they are still very good teams.
I'm just throwing this out there, but maybe...just maybe the Cavs failures against good playoff teams begin with James? I don't think it is any coincidence that the two guys in this league which dominate the ball more than any other, James and Nash, have consistently came up short in the playoffs over the last 5 (2 for James) years despite have very good teams.
And LeBron is more responsible for his teams success than Nash is.
IMHO, I think the one proposition that many LeBron fans may seem unwilling to accept/hear is simply that LeBron's style of play has something to do with these consistent playoff losses to bad teams.
That doesn't mean he isn't the best player in the league, however.
