LeBron James

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
1 ring in 11 seasons......2 rings in 4 seasons......

Damn. I hope he gets another 1 here.....
Shame is he could easily have 6 rings..

3 in Cleveland. 3 in Miami.

He blew one in Miami.

Injuries ruined the 2015 season.

Call me crazy, but if we win game 4 in the ECF in 09...I think we go on to win the championship. Lakers were a better matchup for the Cavs.

If that's all it would take, I'd be 100% for it...so long as he actually impregnates her.

I think LBJ is staying put. I think he's communication behind the scenes with the Cavaliers. They wouldn't be thinking about trading for anybody unless they knew where he stood. I'm sure he's also speaking with these players as well to let them know to come join him in Cleveland.

Also, super funny CP3 claims LBJ wants to go to LA. Yeah, okay so one of his best friends is going to spill the beans and take away all the excitement and Drama LBJ loves? Yeah right, he's staying boys!!!!:cool::cool:

Why do people want to retain Love so bad? I say get rid of all the soft, injury prone and mentally weak players and start fresh while going after Kawhi. If Love has to be parted with then good luck to him.

I don't think it's that people want to keep him. I think people want a new big 3 and if you give up both #8 and Love for one player, it makes it hard to get another star player.

Lebron's probably telling the Cavs if you can get Kawhi then I'll pick up my option, and if you can't then I'm headed to LA with Paul George. Losing to Kyrie's Celtics in the Eastern Conference Finals is far worse for Lebron's legacy than losing to Golden State in the Western Conference Finals.

I don't mind gutting the team for Kawhi if Lebron has a plan to get George to come to Cleveland 12 months from now when Hill, JR, and Korver contracts come off the books. If TT regaining the starting job due to Love being traded is enough motivation to keep his weight down, then TT will become more tradeable. I also think Kawhi would make TT's weaknesses less obvious, further making it easier to trade TT.

I believe he is opting out of that option regardless of if he stays in Cleveland or not.

I love how you wrote this :chuckle:

The Miami version LeBron and the current LeBron are probably better.

But man, the 2009 LeBron was the most fun LeBron imo. That explosiveness, man. Look at him going past his man like they had their legs rooted in cement. And oh, those jerseys.

Love averaged 19/11 in the Finals on 40% shooting (32% from 3). Yes those are lousy numbers but at least he did SOMETHING. How many guys do we have on our team who can do anything at all in the Finals context? Not too many, sadly.

It's not that I want to keep him exactly but he's at least valuable enough that I don't want to give him away for nothing. This team is full of players I'd be OK with giving away for nothing.
