LeBron James

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
There are reports that CLE made an offer of Love/8th pick for Kawhi. I doubt it’s enough but it’s a really gutsy move without knowing LeBron’s plans. I still think they will trade the pick because they obviously want to keep LeBron and that’s probably the only way

No Cedi in the deal means we aren't sold on going all in imo.

I wonder where Zack Lowe said this? It's not on his Twitter and he didn't put out a podcast today.

On a side note, I stopped following Legion Sports when they pushed betting lines all the time. I remember seeing something about how they are connected to online betting companies and the info they give out is just to push lines in different directions.

He ain't coming back if these idiots don't make a move.

I agree we got to make moves but if you move Love for a guard which is basically the trade market for star players, we basically won't have a big 3. We will have a big 2 and a rookie. Even if you move Love and #8 for a PG and a SG, the team becomes alot smaller and doesn't match up well against he warriors.

If we move Love we need to have a trade lined up for a star wing or forward. It just doesn't make sense to actively shop him if the market doesn't make sense to do so.

Everybody has their own take on it. Obviously they could be posturing. But this would be in my opinion basically a concession that LeBron is gone. Ok, he may be even if they moved him. But where it doesn’t make any sense at all is for next year. That top 10 protected pick looms large if LBJ leaves. So keeping Love in either scenario is hard to fathom

People who say they wont sell the farm for kawhi for one year are delusional. Lebron has spoilt us. Remember what it is like when lebron plays for someone else. It doesnt matter if happens this year or next. We will spend decades in the duldrums of the league.

Do everything you can to get kawhi here, lebron will stay. Only if it is for one year, we need to give ourselves one last chance at a ring because fuck knows when the next one wll come. Plus as remote as it is,getting kawhi here now, will at least give us a shot of retaining him long term. You never know what can happen.

When your dealing with someone as historically great as lebron, you play it year by year. No point starting a 5 year plan

if LBJ is gone theres no point in keeping Love...

Yeah, if he only promised me a year, id still trade all of that and Cedi and whatever else they wanted because I don’t care about winning 40 games. I’d need Lebron to extend, but if he did, everything would be on the table. I think this is all nonsense and he’ll be gone anyways, but if you have any prayer and promise, you take it. If you strike absolute gold with a Greek Freak or someone like that, you’re still not close. Someone like Utah who hit with Gobert and Mitchell and a really good coach are a thousand miles away still. Like, if you want to be competitive and enjoy first round exits, then I can see why you’d feel that way, but otherwise, like 5 guys matter, or you need like 3 of the best 12. It’s incredibly improbabe to ever get that again, so it’s a matter of taste and perception. I loved those Price Nance Sr Daughtery teams, but I’ll always remember them as failures. Same with 90s Indians. I’m always championship or bust. Anything can happen if you get heads up. I’m all about getting heads up and rolling the dice. 20 wins or that Hawks 60 win team are the same to me. Neither have a prayer of getting a ring. Some people enjoy the season. I’ll watch every game and cheer, but the Indians team that lost in extras in game 7 was still a failure to me. I think we keep Lebron or we all go to the grave never seeing another one, so I’m willing to mortgage 10 years for another year, but that’s just me.
