LeBron James

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I also like how Lebron is mr mentor now. Teaching the young guys, coaching them up. I dont know if it was Lue or him or both, but our young
I thought i just looked and it said he averaged 36 minutes last year. Seemed like more, i agrer. Maybe im wrong.

No, you’re not. LeBron averaged 36.1,35.6,37.8, and 36.9 in his last 4 seasons here. So his average is pretty much right at 36, slightly above by some decimal points. He never came close to averaging 41 like J Money said.

I still can’t quite believe Magic Johnson was dumb enough to just throw 3 point shooting out the window when building this team. It’s only proven to be the most important thing to put around LeBron for the last decade.

Its a bunch of 1 year deals. He's not trying to win a title thisbyear. I think that's obvious. And he saw the Cavs totally unable to offer any resistance to Golden State in defense and went a different way. Wont work...but honestly what would? Ill wait till next summer to judge him.

Javale Mcgee playing like a young Kareem out there. I just cant take this Lakers team seriously. I understand they are waiting for next year. Next year Lebron will be 35 years old, so they better not have too many " wait til next years " going on.

I mean I’d buy this argument if they were going to be a good defensive team but it”s game 1 and the Blazers already topped 60 with over a minute to play, and their best defenders are supposed to be at the guard spots(Hart, Ball, Rondo)...and the Blazers aren’t even shooting that well.

LeBron is out there loafing it defensively, which anyone who’s watched him for the last half decade could have told you was going to happen, and offensively in the half-court he either has to score himself or he just naturally is trying to kick the ball out to shooters. And they’re 0-12 so far but that’s what you get when you have bad shooters.

I get what you’re saying of course, but I mean he’s gonna turn 34 years old this year......I don’t think this team is going to ever compete for a title unless they basically trip and fall into Davis or Durant for nothing. I dunno. Just really ugly to watch LeBron play half court basketball constantly trying to find open shooters only to have a team filled with bricklayers.

So realistically, what were LeBrons options to compete? Cause to me, going there with the idea they could lure Durant or Thompson away has a better chance of working than staying here and doing whatever it is wed have done.

Lebron resting more tonight than he did on flight from LA to Portland.

Perhaps King James will eventually grow weary of youthful inexperience and demand that Magic acquire Kevin Love; sending Deng, Hart, Ingram and Wagner back to CLE.

King James: Let it be so!

McGee is going to be an all star. He hasn't reached his full potential yet.
