Lonzo Ball

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Hey man you once said Dion > Kyrie and wanted Cavs to trade Kyrie instead...
Love how this thread only sees activity when Lonzo/Lakers play poorly lol.

Such a joke. Continue the knee-jerk overreactions over a 20 year old who is barely even 20 games into his NBA career.

Sorry the top thing on my mind at all times isn’t the worst shooter in the NBA

Dude literally has a 38.1 TS% and people demand praise for him because of a triple double

Net rating of -15 per 100 possessions with a grotesque offensive rating of 88 but oh no, can’t criticize him because remember that triple double!

His assists numbers are bogus. He gets assists he doesn't deserve... it's just absurd.

Yeah, I don't get it. What has Lonzo Ball done to deserve my respect?

If hypebeasts want to stan him that's fine, but he's been trash so far and is rightfully being called out on it. They can deal with it.

So are his rebounds because the Lakers be selling. Now that Nance is back I noticed a drop off, Brook had 4 games in a row with 1 rebound before....

4 games in a row with 1 rebound? my god. Imagine Lonzo scoring so little with such low percentages while also having bad assist and rebounding numbers... world would implode.

Their's like a reality distortion field: the Lakers are better then last year due to them getting some decent vets like Lopez and KCP and Kuzma being much better then expected

Ball is a bad player and Ingram is getting too much hype IMO Ingram has a PER of 12.9 with TS of only .53 and he's not shooting well from 3 either. His RAPM is also bad. When comparing tall string beans he's playing more like Bargnani or if you want to kind Otto Porter rather then a Durant or Porzingis type

0-4, 3 TO's, 2 Blks, 2 pts, 22 min, benched in the 4th qtr.

Must be an mysterious injury effecting him.

I heard it genetically inherited from the paternal side of the family

If anyone else besides me wondered if his father's very public mind fuck and brother's very public act of rebellion would catch up to Lonzo... It's happening right now. I truly feel bad for him. I didn't think he was as great a prospect as a few others, but this is like two steps away from a Todd Marinovich situation.

His poor play is masking serious improvements from other Lakers' players. Julius Randle, Larry Nance Jr., and Brandon Ingram have all significantly improved. It's why the Lakers have won more games than they were expected to.

If you put a league average PG on this team and gave him Lonzo's minutes, Lakers would probably be .500 or better.

And I like Lonzo. But he looks deathly afraid to shoot, and it has gotten even worse since LaVar came out and criticized Luke Walton.

As an NBA player, you shoudn't have someone else in your family have the bigger platform. Yikes. His dad is signing checks his son doesn't have the tools to cash.

Lonzo would seriously have to be having a rookie year like Lebron for him to live up to expectations. An underwhelming season isn't unexpected even for lottery picks, but the expectations on this kid are too high and he is cracking.

People are also happy he is failing.
