Lonzo Ball

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
If anyone else besides me wondered if his father's very public mind fuck and brother's very public act of rebellion would catch up to Lonzo... It's happening right now. I truly feel bad for him. I didn't think he was as great a prospect as a few others, but this is like two steps away from a Todd Marinovich situation.
Speaking of LiAngelo's very public act of rebellion, the news broke today that LaVar has pulled him out of UCLA and will now have LiAngelo train for the draft. Never mind the fact that LiAngelo was a middling three star recruit coming out of high school and projected as a bench player for the Bruins this season.

LaVar has now pulled one son out of college and another (LaMelo) out of high school in the last few months. The guy is legitimately ruining the lives of his children.

Yikes

Seems like the trains coming off the tracks a bit

These Balls are the worst thing that happened to basketball.

LiAngelo, NBA Draft? Lmao. He was only accepted to UCLA because it was in the 'pitch' to Lonzo. He's by far the worst one.

As an NBA player, you shoudn't have someone else in your family have the bigger platform. Yikes. His dad is signing checks his son doesn't have the tools to cash.

Bet having that $10M corporate shoe deal in Lonzo's back pocket would sure feel good right now.

Of course, that wasn't acceptable because it would have been Lonzo's shoe deal, not his dad's, and his dad then couldn't have gravy-trained off his own son.

I feel badly for Lonzo.

Lonzo currently sitting at a 9.8 PER for a guy that is getting a significant opportunity...

I don't know where that ranks amongst top rookie PG picks averaging 30 minutes, but I do know we were spoiled with Kyrie's 21.4 in comparison.

I don't even think Lonzo is Michael Carter Williams good.

Im only laughing because MCW good isn't very good at all.

Wow said many teams don't even have him on their extended draft lists. Cant say I am surprised. Odds are he plays overseas, if that, for a few years. Lonzo looked to be the star of the family and he's currently looking like a 8th or 9th guy on a shitty team.

Lonzo might be the only brother to ever play in the NBA, and he's not even that good. I guess the HS kid has a shot still but he seems like a chucker. We'll see how he ends up physically...the middle brother can't even play g-league ball.

Have fun in China....OH WAIT....

Yikes, Lavar. Make your money while you can bro....better call up Adidas and see if they still have a contract for Lonzo to sign before they realize what his TS% is.

NPD ruins lives. This is a great example.

As for LiAngelo, last I checked he has attained the age of majority. Why would a grown man let his father pull him out of school?

Where is the wife in all this? How long before the state has to intervene before he destroys his youngest son's life too?

I think the mom is in the hospital. The dad won't let the kids see her because it distracts them from basketball.

I think she's out now...but that was very true earlier in the year.

And just as I was thinking, "how could Levar Ball be an even bigger smear of human excrement upon the disgusting gas station toilet bowl that is the world of narcissistic athlete parents?"

ill be honest I always hated the kids for all of the attention their dad brought on them. But after reading all of this shit, i feel really really bad for them. Jesus none of those 3 will ever lead a normal life, and quite frankly levar may have destroyed their potential basketball careers.
