Madden 2012

I'm pretty much done with this game altogether. It's seriously so flawed for a football game. I wish Madden didn't suck so much because it's the only damn football game available

I didn't finish either. I was pretty upset when Hillis broke his god damned sternum so I pretty much quit.

I haven't touched the game in weeks.

Have you guys ever played with custom sliders? The game is flawed but, I've been having a good time playing with the slider set I'm using.

I've been having some really good games with these sliders. The qb accuracy is at 22 so you can really see the difference between good qbs and bad ones.

My last game in my Browns' franchise ended with me winning in overtime 27-24 against the Bungals, who won the toss! So if you're like me where pro is too easy and all pro/madden just cheat to win, I really suggest trying out the sliders. Saved Madden for me.

I felt like this game might be savable given the right skill set for the CPU/User, but like you said pro is a cake-walk and all-pro/Madden are pretty damn ridiculous/unrealistic. I'll give these sliders a chance before I give up completely

Anyone know how to clear cap penalties in franchise? I'm about $94 million over the cap because of penalties, I can't even field a team. Didn't realize I was accumulating so many penalties over the seasons.

In older verison of Madden you had to go into the GM history or team salary screen and it was Y on the xbox but if the penalities are that high you might as well start over or turn off cap if you can do that after starting dynasty

So we're clear to 2012 and you had to fuck the game up enough that punts always bounce into the endzone when they land inside the 10? Fuck you EA.

Don't have to turn off the salary cap.

Let's say you have Tom Brady.. Change him to WR, sign him to a 7-year $5M deal, change him back to QB, done.

Also works when you want to do trades: edit Adrian Peterson to WR, trade garbage for him(jack their next years 1st in the process), edit him back after signing him to a 7-year deal, and your team is balling. Repeat for any player you want, as well.

Just an easy way to cheat, I suppose. :chuckles:
