Good movie.

So much resonance.

Best MCU film, along with No Way Home, since Endgame.

A shout out to the monkey attacking the lady's face for no reason. I laughed maniacally.

I didn't expect that the deaths of characters with only a few minutes of screen-time could be so emotionally devastating. I know it wasn't just me; at least 25% of the theater was openly sobbing. Lylla's last words and death, followed by Rocket's howl of anguish, coupled with Floor's panic attack and desperate rising screams of "Rocket, Teefs, Floor go now!" over and over... and the absolute silence after she and Teef are killed in the crossfire. I think it is by far the saddest scene in the entire MCU.

Yeah, Yandu, Tony's, and Natasha's deaths were all sad, but they knowingly sacrificed themselves for the greater good (and we knew Gamora was coming back in some fashion), there is something worse and completely gut-wrenching about the senseless murder of completely innocent, gentle beings by an irredeemable psychopath. Bradley Cooper's voice acting was sublime. That raging howl was eviscerating. It's been 12 hours since I saw it and I am still emotional about it. I think it triggered some things non-related to anthropomorphic MCU characters, with so many lost friends and pets over the past decade. "Hurts."
Yondu’s death was the only one you mentioned that actually caused my “allergies” to flare up. It probably resonated with me due to the father/son relationship I have with my own boys.

While I'm extremely optimistic, I look at the lineup that he has and worry a bit. I also get worried about all the Batman & Jokers running around.
I do think he could do a good job with Superman. Superman is alien and a lot of his best stories take place when he is off world.

no pressure

People are shitting all over this but I think it looks pretty good. How they treat Rhino, make a mends for the failures of Morbius/Vulture debacle & ultimately how they integrate will be what people look for.

Wait, is this like a movie they're version of a loot box? Not sure which movie you are going to get?
My impression from reading the forums and sub reddits is that the variations are very
minor but I’ve also never seen it or the first one yet

Sony has fucked up a lot of stuff.

But man, the Spider-verse movies are amazing.

Across the Spider-Verse is somehow on par and possibly better than Into the Spider-Verse.

Some cool fan service in it too.
yeah, I missed the 3D run and even seeing it in 2D, I don’t think anyone can convince me it’s not the greatest animated movie of all time. Great story, and the animation was like you were watching a comic book come to life especially with contrasting styles like doing the Vulture in a black and white cutout style.

Two things:

1) Loki is incredible again.

2) The new spiderman game for PlayStation is visually stunning
