New TV Series to watch

I'd phrase it more that Breaking Bad is almost The Wire good, as I think The Wire is better. The Shield too. Breaking Bad is number three for me.

I haven't seen the Shield, but yes that's essentially what I meant.

It's pretty freaking good. I can't really compare to any show. There's a lot of twists and it's mind blowing.

I always thought Breaking Bad was overrated personally. So I'm probably the wrong person to ask. But I enjoy it more than BB.

Westworld is great. Although I think I read next season won't be until 2018 which sucks if accurate.

Typical of HBO shows. Sopranos did this too. But hey, this is why they're HBO and better than every other network by far. They get it right. If Westworld will be better than I'm good with 2018.

If we weren't lacking so many good stuff to watch I'd be more bummed over the wait time.

A lot of stuff to hold me over. Stranger Things, GoT, Better Call Saul, and of course Twin Peaks is coming back. The golden age of television.

Fuck movies, I can't even watch them anymore. Television does it better now.

I'm so glad GoT has been delayed, because I think my head might explode if both GoT and Twin Peaks are airing at the same time.

It couldn't be worse than waiting on Sherlock. Episode 1 was 25 July 2010, episode 11 will be next month to pick up on the cliffhanger from nearly 3 years ago.

Season One is just too difficult to get through, and not close to the level of writing of season two, and is integral to watch to fully appreciate season two (probably).

I'm happy hbo is letting them finish their story, even without viewership. Filming is done I believe, final season starting early next year

Completely agree. Always caught in a bind trying to convince people how good season 2 is. Hear a lot of "couldn't do the first couple eps of Season 1". They won't get through 1, but then won't appreciate 2 if they don't. Feel like that's the best season of television that almost no one saw.
