I’d love to walk out of this draft with Araiza. Our roster is solid across the board. We can spend a decent pick on a field flipping punter.

From our history, maybe we find one solid starter today, and otherwise some cheap backups and special teamers.

I highly doubt the Browns make all six picks today.. Their roster simply does not have room for six more rookies.. I would expect some maneuvering around, including trading for future picks..

LB and TE seem like pretty safe bets in the 4th with Damone Clark, Brandon Smith, Daniel Bellinger and James Mitchell are names to watch..

DT could be a choice if a value really presents itself but right now I think they’re more likely to add another veteran than a rookie.. Perion Winfrey could be that good value..

A OL and S at some point would make sense with the depth they currently have there..

I don’t think they’ll draft a kicker or punter, it’s just not something you spend a draft choice on.. If they do, I’m guessing they’d take a kicker in the 7th with one of their last picks.. The difference between draftable kickers and undrafted kickers is miniscule and not necessarily worth a selection..

I know it's not a need for us, but Zamir White is still on the board and is a guy I wouldn't mind taking a day three shot on given our abundance of picks. There were rumors that he might have been the first RB off the board prior to the draft.

SEC back who averaged 5.4 YPC at Georgia, and a guy who could easily be Nick Chubb's backup the next two/three years once Hunt is presumably gone next year.

Sort of think the Browns look at guys more like defensive lineman rather than DTs and DEs.

They are adding some pretty big DEs lately as FA depth and draft picks.

Weatherly is about 6'5 and 270

Isaac Rochell is 6'3 and 280.

Newly drafted Alex Wright is 6'5-6'6 and 270

Clowney (who I expect back) and Garrett are obviously huge dudes as well.

So anyways long story short I think the Browns seem to be valuing large DEs who can also take snaps at multiple spots along the line and present different looks. And because of this, they might not be that panicked about the DT position as some fans are.

I’d draft 3 kickers and have a competition….. Let’s get this kicker situation sorted out…
