Is the vertical axis data just a simple average of the RAS of all of the executive's day three picks as GM?

AB has a small sample size of just two day threes under his belt (eight day three picks total -- three in 2020 and five in 2021), and bear in mind the LeCounte pick from last year severely skews this data point. RL posted a RAS of 0.66 because he was recovering from a serious injury.
