Will see it soon.First Man was excellent.
Shutter Island?I need help identifying a movie. I watched it like a year ago on Amazon Prime, but I can’t find it now and want to watch it again. I’m gonna give a really shitty half remembered summary of it below
there was a guy that was hired to be a prison psychologist to work with the most troubled patients. The guy wrote a book about psychology and was viewed as a big deal. Guy interviews troubled patients one by one giving little side stories. Guy is pretty aggressive towards the patients and it paints the picture of a guy who doesn’t go by the book to get what he wants.
Fast forward and the guy is actually one of the most troubled patients and him being a renowned psychologist was all in his head. Movie ends with him knocking out a prison guard and walking to continue his psychology act
No although there are definitely a lot of similarities... I think this was a lower budget film. The lead actor kind of looked like a fat Jack Nicholson (I don’t know many actors so it could be that this guy is actually a well known actor, but to me he’s just fat Jack Nicholson)Shutter Island?
That movie has one of the lowest IMDB ratings I've ever seenPatient 7. After like 5 hours it randomly just came to me. Google was no help at all for this
But if you guys haven’t watched it, i actually enjoyed it and it’s going to be one of the very few movies I watch more than once
Yeah I saw that, but somehow It Follows, which was essentially just an hour and a half of filming human feces gets a perfect scoreThat movie has one of the lowest IMDB ratings I've ever seen
Dude, watching first 5 minutes right now....acting is fucking brutal....fat jacks dialogue and emotionless delivery is on point. You really watched this multiple times?Yeah I saw that, but somehow It Follows, which was essentially just an hour and a half of filming human feces gets a perfect score
I thought it was entertaining. Apparently it needed a 20 minute battle scene with a toaster in a high school swimming pool room to really captivate audiences
