Report: Bosh decides against returning to Toronto, will seek S&T

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
You don't need a "stretch" PF when you have two 7 footers, the last thing you want is one of these guys hanging out 20 feet from the basket. The way Gasol and Bynum play now is fine, Bynum just can't stay healthy. Im sick of the whole "stretch 4" too, it really worked out well with Jamison..you win in the paint not with jumpshooting bigs.

It all depends on who else you have on your team. If your best player is at his best when going to the rim, you don't want multiple bigs taking up space around the basket. If you've got a guy (like Kobe) who likes to take mid range jumpers, then having bigs pack the paint isn't as much of a problem, and actually helps get more rebounders closer to the basket for more chances at offensive rebounds off all the missed jumpers.

Every team is different. There's no BEST front court for every team. Some teams do better with "stretch" 4s, others don't.

According to Cavfagnatic, we could do this trade lol lol lol:chuckles:

Cleveland Recieves: Chris Bosh, Hedo Turkoglu, Corey Maggette, Ronny Turiaf

Golden State Receives: Wally Szerbiak and the #13 overall pick (Tor):chuckles::chuckles:

Toronto Receives: #6 overall pick (GSW), JJ Hickson, Anderson Varejao, Delonte West, Sebastian Telfair, Anthony Paker, and Cleveland 2011 2nd round pick and 2012 first round pick

Sounds like you should stop wasting your time there....

Toronto would have to cut like half of their roster to do that trade...

They only have 10 players signed for next year if you include Bosh in a S&T. 10-2=8 8+6=14 so that aspect of the trade is possible. Honestly in that trade the Cavs get killed. That's way to much salary to take on to even if we are getting back Bosh. The Cavs would be taking on about 40 million in salary while only giving up about 19 million. They would have to add about 13 million in salary just to get within 125%. Historically in S&T the team trading the star doesn't get a whole lot back. Now with a team that doesn't have cap space you can be a little more demanding but do they want to risk pissing him off by not trading him to Cleveland and watching him walk to a team with cap space while getting nothing in return? If Bosh says trade me to Cleveland he will be in Cleveland and it probably won't cost as much as some of you think. If they plan to unload Hedo to the team they are S&T Bosh to they really can't expect to get back much at all.
