Series #21 Dodgers Vs. Cleveland Indians

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Why did you only reply to the Kansas City statement. Wait, I know why.

I said I will no longer partake in the schtick, is this not enough for you?!
Wait, why did he just mention Oakland? Lol, like they're some class team or something, they're probably the worst...

I'd be somewhat worried if we played in the East or West, but we don't, so I'm not worried.

Yeah, Oakland is hot garbage.

Almost like- mmm, never mind. I'll resist the temptation.

Agreed, just sneak in with 83 wins, and we'll be okay. Once October begins every team's talent and level of play immediately equalizes so all you need to do is make it in.

Well, what aren't you exactly worried about?

With the state of the division, nobody is/should be worried.

I'm worried about getting outclassed by a capable team come playoffs and missing the World Series after improving a WS team. That's the only thing I'm truly worried about.

And another thing with the Indians, they haven't done well with expectations, 05 to 06, 07 to 08, then very bad baseball in between Tito coming and establishing a world class organization, the SI jinx, then 16-17, probably the greater expectations of them all.

Team is very fortunate to be arguably in the worst division of baseball.

The team has been "2 steps forward, 2 steps back" all season yet we sit 2 games behind a team in Minnesota that has drastically overachieved and 2 games ahead of the only team that has any real shot of challenging us in Detroit.

If we get into the playoffs at say .500 and the likes of the Yankees and Houston continue to kill teams, then I won't feel great. However, we still have the best bullpen in baseball, 2 top tier pitchers, an ultra talented lineup, and a top 3 coach. I'm also confident we make a deadline trade to help shore up the rotation.

The team has 3-1/2 months to right the ship. I feel confident that the team is too talented not to win this division.

We definitely are fortunate, but I don't think it's worth the hypothetical of "well, if we were in the West or East..."

Yes, we'd be fighting for the WC (which we're only a game out of) and have little shot at the division. But we don't play in those divisions, so what's the point of discussing it?

Holy fuck.

We're winning!!!!

Yeah, I enjoy getting scoring alerts across my phone. Get these Dodgers out of town please... Bellinger, give me a break.

Um guys, 5-0 to 5-4 fast.

Tomlin needs to hit the road.

TIL that Cody Bellinger was a 4th round draft pick in 2013. The Indians pick earlier in that round? Ace LOOGY Kyle Crockett.

Also learned I might know his family, grew up in AZ with Bellingers...
