Theoretically Ante Zizic

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Zizic is 21 years old. Hell, he probably isn't even finished growing let alone filling out into his full adult body. I'm glad to see he's growing out his spotty scraggly little beard. For such a young guy his hairline indicates that the Gortat look might be in his future which is apt because Gortat is probably Zizic's floor.

Cedi is 22 years old. The floor for both of these guys is at a minimum being solid NBA rotation players. The ceilings ae unknown but they don't have to even be all-star level to be valuable contributors.

I do not see why both will not get better in the next 1-2 years. These two, the brooklyn pick, nance and maybe clarkson are to me what we start the rebuild with

Move Love sometime next year for more young player(s) under team control and at least we have a base to build with. Got JR's expiring to move and I believe Korver as well

and dont laugh, I would bring Calderon next year....I think he would be a stabilizing guy on a young team

yes, I think LBJ is moving on

Other than one miss, I think he's been switching on defense very fluidly. Running down the court, getting in position. He's fighting for the rebounds, taking swipes at the ball. He's only going to get better.

At this point there is zero argument to start Green (not that there ever was to begin with.)

Zizic even at 21 is a far more polished, intelligent and reliable player, not to mention in possession of everything we've been lacking at the center position since '15 Moz.

Start Zizic and bring Nance off the bench as a super sub; arguably the best and most versatile front court in the league.

I can’t believe he was on the team all year.

His positioning is incredible, his hands are really great, but my favorite part?

He sets screens to the center of the defender, and leaves on a direct line. I cannot stand Tristan's half ass screens, and then his poor footwork leaving the screen.

Now he reminds me of a young Tiago Splitter. Progress right? A few more games like this vs some better bigs and who knows ... Good game.
