Very fair point.
I think Andy for Morris, perhaps with a promise of an amicable buyout, is essentially a fair deal for Phoenix. PJ Tucker for the TPE is perhaps a bit different. Phoenix seems motivated to dump Morris coupled with an asset. I think this would largely boil down to what Phoenix can get for Tucker and what it would cost to ship out Morris. Andy and the TPE might not be a bad deal.
I think you have to be careful about taking on a tucker/morris situation. While you get a talent upgrade its not possible for them both to play significant minutes. I think the Cavs want to go small in today's nba and they should, that means 15-20 mpg for tucker without the expense of anybody else.
After that Blatt would have to chose minutes between love/morris and you got yourself a dangerous longjam situation with 2 players that are mentally fragile. I am saying this just assuming TT continues to be our main rim protector which he should get his minutes.
