With no LeBron at PF and no Jeff Green at PF there’s actually plenty of minutes for Love, Nance, Zicic, and TT.

And you know that Love will miss some games at some point. And likely get traded at some point too.

Zicic should be getting regular minutes but he might need th ease his easy into anything more than 24mpg.

I’d give TT half a season with solid minutes(24-28). If he actually shows some new tricks and boosts/resurrects his trade value at the deadline, awesome! Getting an expiring and a 2nd round pick in February for TT would be incredible.

If not, come late January, just start eliminating his minutes.

Tristan blew it. He was a guy who made a living by being high motor 110% of the time. And he had to be. He had to be in peak condition to exploit the opponents he played against.

Last off-season was his career, IMO. He came into camp with B cup titties, and completely immobile. Being so out of shape led to his injuries during the season.

His entire, shitty year, was a byproduct of last off-season, IMO.

And for a guy like Tristan who absolutely lives in the margins and needs to maximize every ounce of talent he had to be successful....I’m just beyond skeptical he can ever get it back. He needed to continue to be hungry and up his athleticism/work ethic. He shit down his leg, became very average athletically, and now he’s playing catch-up as an under-sized center. He fucked up....really bad.

I suspect he will look useful this season. Two years left on his deal and he needs to position himself for another contract. He was injured last year and that played a role in his regular season effectiveness.

He should be a piece they can move next summer or next trade deadline if he’s healthy and producing double doubles.

That might be high expectations for him, but if he’s looking to get another contract, that’s feasible.

If you want to trade TT and get rid of him. then you want him putting minutes on the floor and showcasing his matchups for a proper offseason trade next season.
