This guy's ceiling is Dennis Rodman. If he learns to antagonize more like he did last night, he'll get there faster. Sometimes he's too nice and too business like. A little rage is good.
Thank GAWD they didn't draft Jonas...Tristian is simply a player who makes winning plays and knows his role and enjoys his role...

The other thing about TT, because he's isn't giant and prodding, he is able to run around screens all game. While he isn't as good of a rim protector as 2014-15 Moz, not even close, I'd posit he is a much better defensive center in today's NBA. The Roy Hibbert's of the world are dying. Tristan is an ultimate form of the new breed.Thompson is the most underappreciated Cav by this board in my opinion. People whine about him not having a jump shot, or him not blocking shots, or him not being a great passer. I wish more people would focus on what he actually does instead of what he doesn't do. He's maybe the best offensive rebounder in the game to the point that opponents have to gameplan for him or risk him demolishing them on the glass. He is one of only about 5 bigs that can switch out onto guards and wings and do a respectable job one on one. And even when he is tasked with guarding bigger players he holds his own. He is one of the most durable players in the league, which is especially valuable on a team with multiple injury-prone players. He never complains about his role or minutes - and never demands that plays be drawn up for him like Dwight Howard does. And he's got great hands and is a good finisher around the hoop who can catch lobs, make layups/dunks, and even hit surprising floaters and hooks as the shot clock dwindles down.
Thompson is worth every penny of his contract. In a world where Mozgov and Mahinmi are getting 14 to 16 million dollars per year each, he's fucking underpaid.

@RchfldCavRaised may have killed a fool for saying such a thing

not sure what your looking for. These are imagined statistics. not real production. Also Tristans stats are against starters, the rest outside of jv are against back ups.
all your doing is complaining about a snapshot showing actual production. Thompson certainly isnt being outclassed by anyone drafted around him
