Tyronn Lue has been fired

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
our starting lineup has a total of 19 games on the court together and our bench after Frye and Shumpert has less than 30 games played with the team.
And I'll bet the Total Minutes are even LESS impressive.

LeBron left the game in the 1st with 2 minutes left (up 5). The unit on the floor did a great job and extended the lead to 8. I'm watching the game with my friends and we were all shocked when he came in to start the 2nd quarter. He needs to tweak his rotations to do what Spoelstra did which is wait until the 8th minute mark of the 2nd quarter. This is when Derrick Williams should be playing.

LeBron playing all those minutes straight makes me believe they want that 1st seed. It's sad that we're even in this position but lack of attention to detail and effort contributed more than some untimely injuries. I'm just glad Frye got a DNP CD, he deserves it the rest of the way unless we play Drummond. One good thing Lue did all season.

If we end up in a situation where players don't get rest *and* we don't get the one seed it will be very upsetting.

At this point we should maybe just give up on the one seed, it shouldn't make that much difference anyway.

I am in the no-rest-just-develop-chemistry side.. Playoffs is just around the corner and the cavs have a handful of new players and returning from injuries.. Unless your name is not Lebron, you have to play..

This team desperately need practice and repetition to develop chemistry and consistency..

The downside of this is if LeBron isn’t playing, the chemistry won’t be there regardless because LBJ is currently a huge, huge part of both the first and second units, so it’ll naturally be disjointed again when LeBron returns. We’ve seen it time and time again.

If Lue wants to give LeBron rest, then when he does play he should only play with the first unit, and let Kyrie and Deron develop chemistry running the second unit. If Lue doesn’t do this he’ll just be throwing these rest games away for no reason.

Flatout awful rotations tonight.

But my biggest issue is the horrible minutes management by him. Running LeBron to the ground on meaningless regular season game, that too in a back-to-back with the playoffs being so close is criminal!

Sorry, he's not a good coach at all. Thanks to LeBron and Kyrie for playing lights out and an epic collapse by GS he have leeway. Oh and he's another coach that depends on LeBron entirely too much instead of doing what he's paid to do by coaching and getting the best out of the other 14 players.

His rotations are awful. We play the starters almost the entire 1st and 3rd quarters. Should be getting some of them some rest before 2 minutes to go in those quarters.

WTF was with that lineup of Kyrie-Deron-JR-Korver-LeBron? I mean what do you expect is going to happen? We won't stop anyone with that lineup, and if we do get them to miss a shot, we won't be able to rebound unless it goes near LeBron.

We finally have a DEEP TEAM and he decides to cut the rotation. Shump being out didn't help with that tonight, but still. Someone else has to be able to contribute who's glued to the bench.

I thought that super small lineup in the third quarter was really really bad and I hope he does not plan on using that in the playoffs.

At some point he has to give Liggins another look. Defense on opposing PGs in the East will go a long way towards winning . GS is different because Curry isn't explosive to the rim he just dances on the perimeter like the fairy he is. But for Wall, Thomas, etc....I think you have to give Liggins a shot. Change things up on them, keep those guys on their heels.

A few times the camera pointed at him and he wasn't saying or mouthing shit. Had this stupid confused look on his face. He honestly doesn't have a clue what he's doing. This team is a seasoned coaches wet dream and Lue is fucking it up. Just there to collect his check and (hopefully) another ring.

With how LeBron is at this point I don't think it matters who the coach is so I give him zero blame and zero credit.
