Tyson Chandler

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Apparently sacasm wasn't well recieved earlier (though I did enjoy Lee's popcorn guy)

Chandler would be intersting because when healthy he is a 10//10 guy who can bang around down there. I would prefer a 4 with some speed though.

I would also prefer Z being moved to the bench and Andy moving into the starting 5 role if we get a 4 with speed and shooting.

Z would be a great scoring punch off the bench while limiting his liabilities (namely he moves like a 70 year old man... I never realized just how slow he was until I went to a game this year)

I personally am pulling for AK. Strong Defender, obtainable because of his terrible contract. You don't have to run plays for him to "get his". Still need a banger but that's what the MLE or BAE could be used for (I would go McDycess for the BAE)

Use the MLE or Sasha to get a big two guard who is actually a defender (Sasha as our big guard stopper... ha ha ha)

I think we all have to realistic about the trade possibilities that are out there. There are plenty of options out there with teams not wanting to pay the luxury tax. The Bucks with their issues are prime candidates obviously Villanova a big that can score is probably the prime candiate for a cavs trade on this team. However I doubt the bucks are going to let him go. The Cavs a 66 win team last year are not that far from winning it all and I think a player like Jefferson is a great addition to this team he can score, defend, help with match ups and with West on the bench we have something off the bench with West still playing the same minutes. Could be had maybe with Moute for Wallace if Wallace is looking at 50% buyout. The Bucks would then get to sign both Villanova and Sessions and may stay out of the lux tax.

I then think that Chandler in a deal for Sasha,Gibson and J Williams of which around 5.5 mil is guaranteed a saving with lux tax of around 12.6mil(6.3sal cap) to NO. Now the use of Wallaces expiring contract before the deadline is a waist unless we have an expiring deal that we can still use and we do. Z could do a McDyess traded around the deadline to sign back up thirty days later. This would cost Z cash but I am shore we would make it up next year as best we could. This deal could be the post player we need. This all strengthens the team in multiple ways and does not rely on an allstar dropping into our laps. It stuffs our 2010 cap space but with the McDyessed Z we could have the complete team. With Moute off the bench from the 2 to 4 West the 1 and 2 and one of AV,Z,TC off the bench 4,5 maybe with a post threat. Then we could use the MLE to strengthen the bench maybe Kleiza. A team that will be able create mismatches with Bron playing the 2 to 4 and plenty of quality to fill the gaps .Sorry about the long post for my first
