I hear ya hurl... But the thing I like is the way the team is getting open looks... Just as advertised.. LeBron (and mainly Larry) is taking it to the hole, and the defenses is is just caving into them in the paint.. Leaving Jones and Marshall wide open...

Even though offensively Larry is not taking many shots.. He is stretching the defense so much and is creating so many looks... His passing is incredible..

Except we will get an actual W for it, 1-0 looks like Milwaukee will be 1-1 so that's good Last I saw Indy and Lando were 4 points apart...Sarunas had 5 points in 9 minutes at the half with 1 three ball...oh well whatever dude. Probably won't see LeBron Z or Larry again this game oh well....Can we get a LUUUUKE? It will probably be Wilks Sasha Jackson Henderson Hamilton most of the 4th.

Although, I don't think we played anything like this in preseason WT. I don't even know what to compare this team to. We have a very interesting Defensive and Offensive combination. We might find out a little more about ourselves when we face a team that will have a Win PCT. above .500

I was very impressed with the following...

Larry Hughes defensive play...amazing he brought it tonight he didn't have hardly any lapses.

The improvement of Drew Gooden...beast in the 1st on the boards, had two blocks on Chris Anderson and had no ill advised shots 3-3 from the field.

LeBron had 6-7 from the 3 point line Donyell hit three of them also...13-21 = 62% this is key for us we are going to have to try to maintain at least like 8 a game.

I liked how coach Brown never had LeBron Larry or Z all on the bench until the end, we need 1 of them on the floor at all times.

Marshall is going to be a huge addition to this team. I thought his play when he first entered the game was the spark that put the Cavs on the way to a blowout. His inside/outside game is such a plus to be able to bring off the bench.

LeBron was awesome but I don't want him to fall in love with the 3 pointer too much.
Hughes' shooting was way off tonight but he was solid in every other area.

Still some problems with the defensive rotations at times which led to some easy Hornets baskets. Hopefully that continues to improve with time.

I still think Snow's lack of an outside shot or at least the threat of one is going to hurt. The Hornets could just lay off him and not even worry about him.

Overall a great way to start the year. The Spurs game will be a whole different story though.

Are we doing the top 3 players of the game again this year?
