Just a heads up, last pool said 25 percent feels suspension is a year or more, 65 percent is at 6-10 games

As long as everyone here realizes the initial suspension is just stage one, I'll jump in.

NFL starts at 12, ends at 6.

It's all a mess, but a few years from now only the axe grinders will bring it up.

To be honest, if it's anything more than 8 games in the end, then I'd rather it be 12.

Because at 12(or maybe 11), his contract pushes forward a year. Which means his cap hit NEXT year would be about 10M instead of 46M.

So yes, it would be potentially be a wash of a year if Brissett had to start 11-12 games, but IF he does have to start 8 games anyways, I'd rather just push it to 11 or 12 and then fuck the NFL next season with 76M in salary cap space

To be clear, I don't want that to happen, but IF it is going to happen(8 or more games), just do 11 or 12, and reap the salary cap benefits.
