As a guy who has to deal with people like Judge Robinson on a regular basis*, here’s my advice to Shefty:

Keep emailing and tweet everything she hasn’t done yet. Judges love that shit.












*I really do know a bunch of judges and I’m assuming they have similar personalities to her. I don’t actually deal with them in any fashion and know very little about any of them.

These fucking media clowns have no clue how to deal with someone like Judge Robinson, fucking hilarious.

You can tell who is taking a genuine principled stance against Watson and who is not. If they think Watson's pressuring women allegations are completely unacceptable, but it is perfectly acceptable to pressure the woman judge (Schefter, NFL) and question the woman judge's competence (Eisen) then they do not give a shit.

In seriousness, of the judges that I know here are what I know of each:

1: Male, my age (39), super charismatic, friendly and kind guy. Very intelligent. Hard worker. When we used to hang out, I really liked him a lot. Everyone did/does.

2: Female, around 55(?), more dry, also very hard working including outside of her job. I consider her more introverted. Has accomplished some incredible shit athletically. Has made some controversial decisions around here and noticeably doesn’t give a shit what people think.

3: Male, 43 (I think) very extroverted. More intellectual. Again very focused and hard working. Can’t speak to much else.

4: Female, 60+. Definitely introverted. Very dry and no nonsense, but also a friendly side. Again…hard worker and good business sense from when she was an attorney.

5, 6: Two other male judges who are early 70s who seem like carbon copies of each other. little other than secondhand knowledge and that’s that they are very demanding people and dry. Polite enough at events. They seem like the stereotype you described.

I’m all seriousness it’s interesting that she is willing to leak that she is not finished yet. If this was an easy decision we would likely have it. Either that or she is giving the two sides the hint that they really should negotiate this weekend before it’s too late.

The common denominator I have noticed is that all of them have been very focused, hard-working people and they all seem to love their jobs.

If you love what you do, you tend to be pretty friendly. There might even be a vice versa there.

Plenty of dickhead judges, just don’t know any personally.

I'm glad Sue is taking her time. She'll figure it out. My guess is she's writing a report with a solid recommendation backed up with support that will leave RoGo will nothing else to do but accept it in full - which I suspect is exactly what he wants.
