I would expect both sides to submit proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law and she'd work from that, no? That's been my experience with bench trials and arbitrations.

Generally, although I don't think conclusions of law would be in this ruling. Even so, there are still 4-5 separate allegations, all the background information, alleged precedents, etc.. The lack of law might actually make this more difficult.

She really does not care about any of that. There is no rule about being concerned with camp or practice. She is def working indep of nfl dates. This was probably was not an easy ruling. My guess is the cases offered a mixed bag of evidence. Either that or she is just spending a ton of time on the written summary.

As a guy who has to deal with people like Judge Robinson on a regular basis*, here’s my advice to Shefty:

Keep emailing and tweet everything she hasn’t done yet. Judges love that shit.












*I really do know a bunch of judges and I’m assuming they have similar personalities to her. I don’t actually deal with them in any fashion and know very little about any of them.
