I was impressed by Miller, as I'm sure everyone was. He showed more patience and maturity than I thought he would. Liked his decision making and tight throws. Wish we wouldn't have seen a little more finesse on a couple of 'em, though. Looked like the short throw to R. Smith was rocketed when it was only 4-5 yards away.
Should be interesting to see how the offense develops if both of the QB's get some PT.
Overall, I liked the defense being more aggressive, and the coach looked good. No stupid errors or turnovers by the team, which is probably a testament to his attitude and coaching.

Bauserman is going to continue to start but wow. For a very first time at QB Miller is going to be damn good. Damn good. I don't think Bauserman can beat the real good teams, but Miller can. No doubt about it. BOTH QB's played real well. Heck, we could possibly see a platoon situation each game for quite awhile.

guys, I was at work and didn't watch the game on saturday. listening to the rbs and I guess akron's coach was upset because luke fickel was trying to get their running back 100 yards when they were already up 42-0. i think goldhammer is being ridiculous right now saying ohio state shouldn't let the guy run the ball? I didn't watch the game.

Ohio States played more players than any other team with a 40 point win I believe. I do know that they played more people than LSU. (I Counted because someone was claiming OSU didnt go into their bench like LSU did.). Anyways OSU Used two running backs for the whole game. One a Freshman the other a Sophomore. That Coach can be mad all he want. Those guys need the reps
