That sucks. I didn't even realize that.

I did see that they are cutting down the size of the clips from Windy, the free ones.

Not a fan of any of the Ringer podcasts. Can't stand Simmons' voice, and alot of the other guys are all just fans that don't know much about how the game is played IMO. Zach Lowe's podcast is still the best by a mile. And Windhorst gives it up on there.

I like Bill Simmons, but only because I find him funny, not because of any analysis (same thing with True Hoop/Basketball Analogy). Some NBA analysis podcasts I like outside of Lowe (who, I agree, is the best) are: On The NBA with Coach Dave; The Chase Down Cavaliers Show; The Full 48 (this is Howard Beck's); and, if you're into NBA history, I cannot recommend the Over & Classic NBA Podcast enough.

My favorite podcast is the Tuesday TrueHoop podcast. Windhorst hosts it, usually with Tim McMahon, Tim Bontemps, Tom Haberstroh, and a random beat writer guys like Dave McMenamin, Calvin Watkins/Justin Verrier(both of these guys have been fired from ESPN since though...)..

Windy usually gets quite a bit of Cavs talk into the pod. A good 20-30 minutes of the most important Cavs topics. I agree that forcing you to pay for "Hey Windy" in podcast form is stupid(Hey Windy is the only hour on 850 WKNR all week that is actually bearable) , so you can get most of your Windhorst talk from the Tuesday TrueHoop podcast.

I say TrueHoop out of habit though, that podcast was cancelled two weeks ago(Henry Abbott got fired, and he was the TrueHoop founder), but after a week ESPN brought the entire podcast back, under a new name "The Basketball Analogy". McMenamin was on the one this week. It was a good one.

Hey

Anyone hear what free agent windy said cavs are targeting on his show today?

Knr is teasing it on Twitter trying to get me to sign up for the land on demand...which ain't happening
