Just saw this. I'm glad changes are being made but I don't think Grant was fully to blame. Makes sense he was the easiest to get rid of between him and Brown.

He hired Brown. He should be the first to go, IMO. Also, he hasn't drafted well and hasn't done a good job of putting the team together.
