Way to pull a troll move, dickhead.
Unprovoked personal attack, very mature, bravo.

It's not a troll job.. They blew a 3-1 lead.. What do you want me to call it a Thunder move? A Clippers move?

Go ahead and apologize and edit your post to just a period.. Thanks.

I'm going to fucking scream if one more person compares basketball and baseball

The two sports are so fucking different

The Warriors blowing that 3-1 lead was one of the most unlikely events to ever happen in sports history. They had never lost 3 in a row all year. They literally had nine losses the entire year. They were heavy favorites over the Cavs in that series. It was the first time an NBA finals team ever came back from down 3-1. It's happened in baseball. Baseball is much more anyone can win any game. And the Indians were never fucking favored in this series. The Cubs were a really fucking good team. They won 3 in a row a lot this year. They just happened to do it again.

This is in no way comparable to the Warriors.

Lol... or else you'll do what to him? You want a personal attack? Go choke on a dick you dumb fucking cunt muscle.

The Warriors blew a 3-1 lead as 73-9 team with a unanimous MVP that the entire world was already crowning as a champion. This Indians team gave it their all, and while many of us are disappointed they lost, no one is disappointed with what the team accomplished given all of the obstacles they faced this season.

Now go fuck yourself.

at game 6 in 2015 when GSW won it. It fucking sucked, but it was nothing like this. I think this bummed me out so much more because it's baseball. As soon as the Cavs lost I said well we have 350 days until we play in the Finals again. It was literally as close to a guarantee as you get in sports. But baseball there's no such thing. You don't know when you'll have the opportunity again and God damn does it suck to see one slip through your fingers.
This is exactly how I feel and why this hurts so much right now. Absolutely nothing is guaranteed in baseball, which is what makes it so great. I mean, fuck, look how close THIS team just came to winning the World Series. Incredible.

I wish for selfish reasons now it was like the NBA and we could sleep walk into The Finals/World Series every year but it's not.

Fuck.

You both (and everyone else who responded) need to chill out.

You came in here and, frankly, tried to rile people up, knowing that losing this 3-1 lead is literally nothing like the Warriors doing it on multiple levels, and expected nobody to respond negatively?

Honestly, because of this, this is probably the most soul crushing loss for me since Ohio State got murdered by Florida (I wasn't old enough in 1997). Even though this was a miracle run. These opportunities just don't come around often in baseball.

Don't have a lot of words at the moment, even after a night of pretty quiet reflection.

Can't find the emotion to be upset. Disappointed and bummed about the loss, sure, but so proud to have followed this team end-to-end. The direction of the team, their attitude, the way they played the game, every bit of it.

So proud to be a Cleveland fan. Easy to tune out all the other bullshit or 1-month fans of the team who pretend to be heartbroken after stumbling upon baseball season (and onto this board) in October.

Their fake emotion and self-serving complaints about a team they know nothing about are irrelevant to me.

To those on here who have been there from the beginning, thanks for a great season!

The future remains bright, the talent continues to produce, the plan has proven to work. Take a minute or two to think about the ride you were just on and how few get to experience it!

Great. Thank you for enlightening me during the season. I came around around mid-season and now check in daily.

You still posting on Snoop's/Damage's old Browns board?

Remember you from over there, is that still active?

1997 was worse. We had the lead in the ninth inning of Game, we blew multiple-run leads in three of our losses and it was the fucking Marlins. This was tough, but unlike '97 I don't really feel like we left it on the table. We gave it everything we had but the Cubs were just better.
