Oh come on, the Salazar trade for Machado was a fairly hot topic in the off season. People didn't want to give him up for a 1 year rental...

I'd like you to find some posts saying they wouldn't trade Salazar for one year of Machado, because I don't believe they exist

If anything, people were saying there's no chance in hell that would get it done

Truth be told if you asked me would you rather the Cavs come back down 0-3 to win it all ooooooor see the Indians win the World Series ?? I’d take the World Series. Damn you baseball !!!

While I prefer MLB to NBA, generally, all the heat about LeBron, the Warriors, etc makes coming back from 0-3 very enticing. Wish it was possible.

Either one would make me ecstatic beyond words.

Damn, this is a tough one PIP.

Straight up, I'd rather have an Indians championship than anything. But for the Cavaliers to come back on this team down 0-3... I could brag the rest of my life on that one.

In this exact scenario, I'd rather see the Cavaliers get a guaranteed title with the absolute biggest upset in sports history and then let the chips fall where they may with the Tribe.

Straight up though, I'd definitely see an Indians ring over another Cavs ring.

Agreed it would be tough (only because it’s the Warriors)

Now remove the Warriors from the equation and place the Rockets there ?? Different view all together for most..

So I get it with the disdain for the Warriors. That said, I’d like to see the 3 Cleveland teams win their titles while alive. Cavs got it done, Browns (I believe will get there eventually)

The Indians however have toyed with the emotions more than all... It’s almost personal in an odd way...

I wanna see an Indians championship more than both the Cavs and Browns combined.. That franchise, that ballpark, this 20+ years of coming close (a few times) and ultimately suffering daggers as baseball fans— that’s the banner/flag I’d want the most for the city...

I can't speak for anyone else, but I am relatively young. Turning 29. I think I'll see all 3 in my lifetime. Already got the Cavs. The Indians seem to have a few good shots every ten years or so. And the Browns...well, shit, I got nothing other than time will take its course.

Presuming I don't walk across the street and get hit by a bus tomorrow.
