Your 2019 Cleveland Indians

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Felt like Naquin had a big roll in this.

Hitting the piss out of the ball, can’t take him and Bauers out for Hanley at this point.

Lot of guys putting up great swings right now. Just not enough room at the right spots. Not if they want to keep young guys in who need the ABs.

I know Hanley hit the ball hard when he made contact, but I never liked his approach at the plate. He seemed too wild and undisciplined, which is the antithesis of what I want in our lineup.

Because he’s been Pedro Serrano on offspeed pitches for the better part of a decade.

Hanley has posted negative WAR in 4 of the last 5 years

I did think he'd make it to June before getting DFA'd though

Ideally would’ve liked to see him get another 4-5 months in AAA, but if the Indians are dead set on rushing him back so be it

Did the Indians release the % that Lindor is currently at, if its anything under 100% somebody is gonna be pissed.

I think they tested his ankle and said 87.5492%

I think with another 100 plate appearances in the minors you could probably bump that up to an even 88%

I think there is a 76.5763% chance that is correct.

Lindor: Being hurt for the first time in my career has put in perspective how much I love the game. It took a lot to get to this point and I won't take it for granted

Rational fan: He wants out of Cleveland

Does Lindor even love baseball?

Guy just can't wait to leave. I called it.

I know it was a joke, but that smile, Lindor just loves life.

And it sucks he will probably not re-sign, but I hate how fans think that means he wants out of town. He is going to get a 350 million dollar offer and its hard not to walk away for that type of money. I love it here in Phoenix, but if a company in Detroit wants to pay me 350 million to move there, guess what, I am moving.

But its not the Indians fault, its baseballs, over half the teams in the league cant afford to keep a player like Lindor.

I don’t think Lindor wanted to move to a new team like Brantley did, but he also has to do what’s best for him as well. If a team is paying me ten, but b and c team are paying 15-20, no matter how loyal you are it’s almost impossible to stay with a team.

Baseball needs some changes so every team can keep franchise players like Lindor on their rosters, but that won’t happen anytime soon.
