Your Gm Who u gonna take?

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I'll take that big buy that Ben posted the videos of on the other page... Can use an athletic big like that..

W&G-

In your opinion, would the Cavs consider him, or are they looking for more of a polished product ??? Cause that guy looks like he could be a nice defensive big, and has the athletic ability to change a game on the defensive end...

I'm with Pip on this one. After watching those 2 videos, I would rather have him as a project than Cedric Simmons. He clearly seems to have more offensive feel, and his mechanics shooting FTs looks pretty good for someone who hasn't been playing that long.

Make it happen! lol

The Serge Ibaka mix looks like a Saer Sene mix to me. :chuckles:

Always be careful on African prospects.

Absolutely..

Two things I noticed, which I'm sure you caught as well :chuckles: was his footwork, and the fact that when he grabbed offensive rebounds or caught the ball deep in the paint he kept the ball high and didn't bring it down... (that drives me nuts when guys bring it back down)

Very important signs that I look for when evaluating my big man..

Clearly this Congoian (<-- is that what they're called in the Congo :dunno:) has a real feel for the game...

It's not like he's still playing in Africa. He's playing in Spain now...

Same could be said for Sene. He played in Belgium for RBC Verviers-Pepinster. Like I said, be careful. Not saying avoid them.

Let's clearly remember who first mentioned this guy on here... :chuckles: j/k

Here's a guy who I really like a lot, maybe more so than Ibaka..

One thing that I would like to see our potential big guy do: finish... Our current big men don't know how to finish and it bothers the heck on me... DUNK THE BALL!

Ibaka profile: http://www.draftexpress.com/profile/Serge-Ibaka-1302/

The thing that worries me about Ibaka is his size and bulk and whether he could grow into being a center...

All I know is that some type of future post presence...

I think this discussion also brings up whether not Varejao can be our future center...
