1 meal a day | only lost 3 lbs in the 2 weeks | Help

I took a 1.5 week break, regret it.

Only did 45 min cardio today :(

194 was 222 just 2.5 months ago . Fasting off on and on for 12 to 18 hours plus cutting out processed foods and sugar and regular walking .

I did a 3 day water coffee tea fast as well during the process.
 
I'm doing quite well, was 205 on Memorial Day, now 195. Lots of water, massive calorie cutting/fasting. Honestly not much exercise.

That is awesome!

I started about 3 months ago and have gone from 210.5 down to 187. Doing mostly intermittent fasting with an 16:8 window, calories in/out, and lots of walking. I get a strength training workout in once a week. Then I've had times where we've had out of town company or traveled and not tracked calories - but have made sure to hop back on once the event ends.

I'm 5'9", 50 years old. Goal weight is 155 which I hope to hit by mid-December. I've started a stretching routine which is helping flexibility and plan on ramping up the strength training to 3 days a week.
 
Stuck at 260 still. Been slacking the last weeks/month. With going to the gym that is. But a few days ago I got back into it and got my diet pinned down.

Just gotta get the reps in man.
 
215-220 lbs, I have been going to the gym almost daily. Always do 10 minutes of cardio on the bike/treadmill. I give each arms/shoulders, back/chest/abs, and legs their own day. I feel I am stabilizing my muscles and getting a little stronger.

No progress on the weight loss but I think it's due to my shit diet. Psych meds helped cause so much of my weight gain which means I am stuck with the extra weight now that I am on medication that does not cause weight gain.

My goal would be to below 200 lbs.
 
Had a 6 am bicep workout today. Followed by what was suppose to be 30 mins of cardio, which ended up being 10. Oh well, I'm going back later today.

Yyeeeah 34 min on epical 400 calories burned. I think that's what I'm going to go for now, calories burned instead of time. ~400 goal each time
 
If you have not tried fasting for parts of the day I highly suggest it . Cutting down to two meals a day with no snacking and not eating after 8 pm has greatly helped me . I don’t have time to go to the gym daily with two young kids , so being picky about only eating Whole Foods ( 80 percent Keto when I can) limit carbs and sugar when I can and only having two meals have made a great difference .

37 pounds down in 3 months in my 40s. I had honestly not had much hope just 3 months ago . You can do it!

Well a lot medical case studies are showing the importance of not eating too often during the day and giving your body a break between meals . And yes I do think you can get a high amount of protein in two quality meals.

Wear some type of fitness tracker watch. Machine calorie counters are wholly unreliable.
