Lol @ you guys! You can't even admit that the BEST team won the championship this year, and we weren't even playing YOUR team. GTFO with all of these excuses for why the BEST team won. Maybe you're mad that we beat the Celtics, and you couldn't.

YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Glad to see everyone in here so bitter and crying about everything hahahahahha.

Lakers were the better team and we WON THE 2010 NBA CHAMPIONSHIP

woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

As much as i truly hate Kobe, you see the contrast in character and maturity to LeBron !

Kobe had an awful game ... lets be real but in his post-game conference he said hes grateful hes team-mates stepped up, and he was thankful he 'made one damn shot'

In contrast to our guy, who after a forgettable series thinks he 'spoils' us !

I'm just hoping LeBron sooner rather than later displays some more maturity and selflessness in character because his line of thinking that he is a separate entity to the Cavaliers both on and off the Court is becoming a little much. The only time he is reliant on his teammates is to bulk up his stats & assists.

Please Note: I still think LeBron is the much better player in terms of talent and athleticism just has the wrong mentality.

LOL with the exception of LeBron, Cavs starting lineup wont be at the starting lineup of either Lakers or Celtics

and you're saying we are not their yet.

THEY WONT BE IN A MILLION YEARS

THAT's HOW TERRIBLE OUR LINEUP IS

Looking at this roster without Lebron James and criticizing it is ridiculous. Lebron has had more of an affect on this roster than any other player in the NBA has had on theirs. Every move we made was in hopes to make him happy and find players that fit well with him/the system. Looking at the Cavs roster without Lebron is like taking a Corvette, replacing the engine with a Honda Civic's, then ridiculing it for being slow.

Yeah especially if Lebron leaves.

Of course the lineup would suck if Lebron leaves. It is built completely around him and his abilities. Without Lebron our front office would obviously have more scoring at the 2-spot, a true point guard, etc. instead of what we have now. If Lebron does leave, don't think for a second our lineup would look anywhere near the way it does right now in the future.

Congrats to the Lakers and Gasol... also to coattails Bryant! Yeah, you got more than Shaq, wtg... wait, does a bench player get to boast about a ring he didn't earn? Hell, Horry has 1k rings... Horry=G.O.A.T!

They freaking won and he played like shit...what was he supposed to say? You really don't think Lebron would have done the same (praise his teammates) if they won it for him instead of being ripped for losing the series? Seriously?

Every team mentally follows the person of the most respect/strongest personality.

On the Cavs, when Lebron plays bad and acts disinterested, everyone feels the same because he is both the physical and mental leader of the Cavs.

When Kobe plays bad and acts angry and frustrated, everyone still follows the lead of Phil Jackson, as they hold him in the highest esteem.

That is what makes Phil Jackson great. Gasol didn't have a great game or a great series. Really, Kobe deserved the MVP. But thats only because you can't give it to the coach.

People think its easy to be a coach and understand what to do. Its not about knowing and understanding basketball and who to play, etc.

Its about having the respect of the players enough for them to follow you through the good and bad.

Phil Jackson is going for his 4th 3 peat next year. Hes the real MVP

I don't buy this for one second. Gasol had just as good series as Kobe, if not better. Kobe just shoots and scores more and he had fantastic WCF but without Gasol totally outplaying KG, they go nowhere. He had 18.6/11.6/4/2.5 series with way better shooting % than Kobe, how is that not a great series for a second option? Gasol v KG was the most important matchup of all, and he destroyed him.

Personally, Gasol should've got finals MVP.

Lakers played some of the best defence I have ever seen in the 4th quarter.

You're right I misspoke, i meant Gasol didn't have a particularly GREAT series. He was a VERY good second option though, I thought he really showed some heart, even some toughness, and came up big many times.

I just think he wasn't MVP of the series.

This is what kills me about last night: Lakers shot 21 free throws in the fourth quarter. Boston shot 17 free throws in the game.

The refs went from letting both teams play in the first three quarters to suddenly calling everything on one end of the court. That's the ball game.

It was a great game, but I also found that to be the most frustrating thing last night. Its Game 7...let them play.

Congrat to all the Laker's fans on here. By far, you guys are the most respectful "fans from another team". And, yes, you were the better team and deserved to win.

To the victor go the spoils.
