He's win everywhere he's been just look at what he did with Memphis this year and all there injuries. Also he's probably the 3rd best hire this off season behind Thibs and Vogel.

His defense is phenomenal that's all that matters to us. But for offense he wanted to speed up Memphis but didn't have the necessary pieces to do so, literally nobody on that team can run. He didn't want the offense to be GS fast but just look to go on breaks. In Sacramento that would work with Collison, Mclemore and WCS who is a deer easily the fastest C or PF in the league

You're thinking of Lionel Hollins. Joerger is an outstanding coach. Memphis never really gave him any perimeter shooters so he had to make the 2 post lineup work. Just look at what he got out of that corpse of a roster in the 2nd half of the season this year.

It seemed to me that Joerger was never able to fix the mess that Hollins started. He also was a pretty bad x's and o's coach every year in the playoffs. I hope I'm wrong, though, because I'd love to see Boogie make the playoffs. I like Cauley-Stein a lot too.
