2017 NBA Finals | Game #2 | Cavaliers @ Warriors | June 4th, 2017 @ 8:00 PM EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Am I the only one who thinks we're playing way too fast, this is the pace GS wants to play and our guys can't defend at this pace, we need to slow the game way down in game 3 imo

I think quite a few people will agree with you (Me included). The way some of our players looked gassed was very demoralizing.

This may be an overreaction, but I feel like my love for the NBA and basketball in general died today. That is from someone who has loved the game since birth. I hope this feeling isn't permanent, but it is how I currently feel.

Same. Might be done with the NBA for awhile.

I thought pierce hated kd.

Pierce Bron have a rivalry all the way when Bron was in the Cavs and Peirce was with Garnette and Ray/Rondo. You could be right about Pierce hating KD more, but i am not aware of that beef.

Pierce was the most visible guy shitting on kd for leaving okc. I know pierce and bron were rivals on the court but I never got the sense he had something against bron.

Yet here he is tonight...gushing and creaming his pants. Hmmm

This only works if you're a great half court team. I could see the Duncan era Spurs being able to exploit this. Cavs simply haven't played that way all season and don't execute well enough in the half-court to be effective. They've been a push the pace team all season.

Maybe you constantly get LeBron the ball at the elbow and see what happens?

To be honest, none of it matters if 3 of the 5 starters have crappy games. Cavs have zero chance at that point.

I just don't give a fukk anymore...

I'm just glad we pulled off the greatest miracle comeback last year and lifted the curse.

Because if not last year, then when?

No team will stop this upcoming Warriors dynasty.

I know, we're only down 0-2, but it's looking worse than last year and I'm mad as fukk...

Lebron's post-game interview is not promising

How so? I saw it and it seemed like he was calm and didn't show any kind of frustration. He was a bit snippy at some of the questions, but they were pretty stupid to begin with. I honestly didn't see any sign of panic from him.

The Windy piece on ABC was pretty informative and makes one think long and hard about the mountain that LEBron and the Cavs have to climb. If we go on to win this - this has to be THE greatest win in the history of the NBA. I would rank think higher than the Pistons beating the studded Lakers (Maybe i am over reacting but i dont care).

This. Didn't LeBron work in this area in 2015? That seemed to work well for the team. It was a competitive series too without Love and Kyrie.

Last year was that moment and no one outside of Cleveland gave damn because it was LeBron who accomplished it.

The problem is when the Cavs play slowly their offense bogs down due to the Warriors elite defense. When they play fast it feeds into the Warriors offense. Fuck this absurdly stacked Warriors team.
