2023 Draft Prospects Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
With how they've attacked free agency so far, and with their roster construction moving forward it just screams WR at 42 to me.. The WR class is deep, they need a guy to produce at a low salary, and need the low salary for next 2-3 years as they have Cooper and DPJ on the books..

For whatever reason, Hyatt just seems like a guy that Berry will like a lot: high character, P5 production, high RAS score and young... Outside of him, I'm watching Keeanu Benton, Anudike-Uzomoah, Tuipolutu..

I do wonder if they'd consider a LB like Drew Sanders or Jack Campbell or a S like Jordan Battle depending on where the chips fall..

If Anudike-Uzomah is there at 42, I'd be tempted to just sprint that pick up to the podium.

I have Anderson/Tyree/LVN as the top edges in the class, but after them, I have it much flatter than a lot of places.

I'd still take Nolan Smith and Myles Murphy ahead of McDonald and FAU, but they're all pretty close for me (with McDonald fourth in the group)--and they're all ahead of BJ Ojulari for me.

Outside of the top receivers, I really like AT Perry... but if we're predicting what the Browns do, I'd keep an eye on Jalin Hyatt if he's there at 42.

I can't see them going linebacker or safety there--but I'd be quite happy with Campbell. I struggle to see Sanders's fit.

I’d honestly be shocked to see the Browns make all of their selections.. I don’t think the roster has that many open spots — I’d put our draft class more in the 5-6 range..

Just gonna throw this out here...

78 is a very, very good spot, in this particular draft, to find a NT

Yeah, I am blown away by the edge talent in this draft but if the defensive ends go early, other talent drops.

When we saw the Browns drop out of the second round and nab Martin Emerson, we learned that the Browns will take a talent regardless of the depth above that rookie. Emerson was a second rounder at a valued position who dropped to the third.

On the flip side, they were more than happy to move up to take JOK - a first round talent who fell to the mid-second.

So while I really like some defensive interior players projected to go in the third, I'm open to moves thinking another year or two away.

Whatever happened to Smart Gronk from Princeton?

Bryant’s replacement incoming—

This post has been up for an hour and a half and no one has pulled the trigger on that name yet.

I’m either very impressed or very disappointed. Still trying to figure out which.

Why? It would be different if his first name was Michael, and not Zach.
