Did you ever play sports? I can recall doing good things but then the coaches talked about the things I fucked up so I would work on them and improve. That’s how coaches work and when I watch a game I see the warts too. Jabril played well but had some fuck ups. It’s a step, but he still has a ways to go. We want a championship level defense.

I guarantee you Gregg Williams will be the same on Tuesday. Good game but here is where you can get better.

Have you ever coached people at your job? You don’t just point out the bad things, you have to celebrate their wins with them as well. You tell them what they did well and how it impacted the team/job. It’s called positive reenforcement. You also point out the negatives, but not just the negatives.

I’ve had nothing but praise when Jabril does well and also criticism when he does poorly. I’m not the only one who has been frustrated with the return game Here for X and O talk. I have no ill will towards the guy beyond his year 1 play. Frankly it’s people like me who have been critical who may have lit a fire under his ass. He has said himself if he plays better he will shut up the critics. So....you’re welcome.

Where is your detailed analysis of his technique and what he can improve on?

You detail his footwork? His hips? His route out of his break? His rip through the throw?

Your “analysis” is saying “here’s a bad play.” You get all riled up when people post analysis refuting your non analysis and then you shift in to saying they’re troll posting or attacking you.

Mr Orange, you do come off as someone that is quick to point out Pepper's short comings. When you do praise him it comes off as praise with a asterisk or a but. You have stated you don't like him and you don't like Michigan players so people are logically connecting the 2. That being said, lay off the guy already. He's made his opinion known. He's doing his best to talk through his opinions. Everyone else needs to back off already. This stupid act has gone from thread to thread. Let it go. All of you.
