One thing I do doubt though (And I have heard this a LOT) is that Philly wants more than Danny is willing to give for 'Dre, so I seriously doubt that he will return to Cleveland.
Or, could this be why this Miller trade just hasn't happened yet, and Ferry might be willing to wait it out till the deadline? If true, that would suck, as our playoff hopes could already be dwindling down too much by then to save our season from that point(I still think if our team is more properly coached, that we will still be in the race with our current roster).
But, if this could save a 1st Round pick or something, I might take the chance too and wait it out as well if I were in his shoes. I think this is because teams who trade talent for expiring contracts (like Newble) would prefer to wait till later in the season, closer to deadline time. A team is in no rush to get expirings, while we are in desperation for a PG talent right now. I guess a Hughes trade could be done at the moment cause that would mean a team actually sees talent that can be utilized from him. Or a trade involving Gooden.
To sum it up, it's probably just too early in the season to get a trade off that involves an offer based on expirings. Unless we throw something extra that will taint our future or core even more.
