Re: Cavs close to mutiple trades?
I saw this adn I thought to myself, how much is Dan Gilberts net worth? So I looked and saw that his Net worth is $900 million and hes #384 of the top 400 richest men in America.
Fun fact on Gilbert: Sports fanatic: purchased NBA's Cleveland Cavaliers for $375 million; plays pickup basketball, attempting to break Michigan's steroid-free bench-pressweightlifting record. On board of Children's Tumor Foundation.
$900 million, and hes a bad ass. I like what hes capable of. I also see that he turns nothing into something multiple times in his career:
Started small mortgage company in 1985 with $5,000 made from delivering pizzas in college. Sold to Intuit for $532 million in 1999; bought it back 3 years later for $64 million.
So he soild it for half a billion, and paid 64 mil to get it back and make money off it. He has my total and complete faith in a turnover.
Really? So you prefer the Cavs to suck for 5 years............ Pray the ping ball ball bounce our way and then pray some more that our top picks turn in to studs... ? I'd prefer to see what magic Gilbert can do with his billions of dollars than follow the same path the Cleveland Browns were on the past 10 years..
