If you go to Cavs.com right now, you'll see Kevin Love and then Cedi. And then if you scroll down you see a post with TT, followed by a Sexton post.

This has been consistent with many of the things the Cavs have put out this summer.

I actually like the way they’re handling Sexton. Marketing him heavily puts the idea out there that he’s the savior who will fill LeBron’s void. Maybe that’s not their intent but I don’t mind it. Cedi is in his 2nd year but the guy has been a professional for 6-7 years so he can handle a poster or two. I still remember LaMarcus Aldridge being salty that Lillard was being marketed as much as he was. What a b****.

Ced’s reddit fam and his MJ head to head stat comparisons were the highlights of the year for me.

Cedi did a 25 hr flight and then without sleeping dropped 25 in a summer league game. Interesting. Looked great and then he said he was absolutely exhausted.

I’m afraid Cedi’s career will have a very short shelf life ala Delly. I fully believe it’s best to trade him when he’s reached his max value. High level of play + team control.

Your basketball takes are always terrible, but this statement is enlightening because it explains at least part of the reason why your takes are so terrible. It's that you only see one side of the floor - the offensive side. You ignore defense.

I could see someone making an argument (whether it would be correct is a different question) that Hood and/or Clarkson have better one-on-one offensive skills than does Cedi. But defensively, they're terrible. Clarkson tries, although against Cedi, he would have a major size disadvantage. But Hood doesn't even do that. He also abhors contact of any kind, on either end of the court, and a physical defender like Cedi would annoy the hell out of him. When it comes to guarding Cedi, Hood would be helpless. Not because Cedi is unguardable, but because Hood is so terrible defensively.

In any case, it's pretty clear you're just trolling the forum. Hopefully, the mods pick up on it soon and give you the permanent vacation you so richly deserve.

Except that's not going to happen. You're going to get responses, derailment, and then people checking the thread hoping to see some decent discussion are then going to see pages of trolling crap.

He doesn't annoy me personally. My issue is that I think he drags down the quality of the board overall, which either chases away GenPop posters, or is part of what leads some people to read/post only in S34.

What ruined the OBR was too much tolerance for horrible posts. They essentially took over that board. The way to keep a quality site is not just getting rid of people who post things that are offensive, but getting rid of utter crap posters/trolls who dilute the quality enough that good posters stay away.

I wouldn't know the guy exists if people weren't quoting and engaging him. I have to view ignored posts to scroll back and see what everyone is arguing about.
