I'm coming in from I-71, I live down near Ashland. My plan A is to reserve some airport parking and take the RTA from Hopkins to downtown. Does anyone have any better suggestions or ideas?
Park and Ride at the Turnpike and I71?

Is that a for sure park and ride? I have a friend driving up from Columbus. Could pass that idea along to him.Park and Ride at the Turnpike and I71?
I just checked and all my usual cheaper spots are sold out (I've flown out of Hopkins more than a few times). But Park & Fly apparently still has reservations available.Park and Ride at the Turnpike and I71?
what time are you guys heading up? i was thinking of getting there around 7 am?
Wait a Second i'm Hoping into my Private BoatYou really mean to tell me you are not driving in for this Championship parade? C'mon now!
Not sure what Uber is like in Cleveland, but in Chicago after something like this, wouldn't be surprise to see surcharges at 7x.The idea of taking the RTA sounds good until you got to take it back after the parade. If you think you can get an Uber or something out of the city afterwards, then it'd probably a great idea to park at the airport and do that. But I can't imagine what the rapid will be like when this thing ends and all those people are ready to leave. Going to be absolutely nuts.
I agree. I think most people will be spending their time in a giant never-moving traffic jam while the parade is going on. I want to go down there, but have no idea how it'll be even possible.Logistics just seem impossible on this with the number of people. I can't imagine how debilitating travel will be. The traffic is a nightmare when 20,000 people are going to a game.
I'd like to see the parade but I attended the games, so that's probably enough. I'll watch on TV and be jealous.
