It's fake AFAIK, the guy that tweeted it is attached to the Ballsack Sports account that wreaked so much havoc with NBA on TNT a couple months back

That was a lot of pages of nothing.
If Roger appeals and suspends him for longer or even the season, why even bother with Sue going forward.
Again, Roger had MANY opportunities to just put him on the exempt list and then wait for the cases to end.
To appeal, which they have the right to do and probably will do, for optics, looks really foolish in the end.
They will win with the media, but will lose credibility with people that matter.

The NFLPA might be salty about it, but let that be a lesson to them to fight harder at the collective bargaining table next time.

My first thought when I saw the news of the Dolphins punishment dump yesterday was that the league wants to make the Watson situation old news as quickly as possible and that they won't be appealing Judge Robinson's decision.

The only people that matter are the advertisers that fund the NFL product. If they threaten to pull their money, or the reach of their advertisements is impacted due to reduced fan turnout/interest, that is what matters.

I'm not arguing that suspending Watson will increase fan turnout or interest.
