LeBron James

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I see him choosing "Home"(Cleveland), Long term or another 1-2 deal

or

Best friend/Peers(HOU)

Just personally don't see him doing brand new city and team with mostly young players(younger than Kyrie was in 2015 and Bron is 4 years older). Sixers make sense from an NBA2K standpoint and Lakers make sense to the thirsty media and delusional LA fans, but I don't see those as being the moves for 33 year old Bron makes.

I could be way, way off about what his criteria and outlook will be. So I guess I'd say of CLE, HOU, PHI, and LAL, the only team that would shock me would be LA

Don’t want him
On a 1-2 year deal.

The thing about Houston though is it seems like kind of a short-term move. Chris Paul is going to be 34 next year. I trust LeBron to age well into his late 30's (versatile enough that he can play many different positions/roles), but what about Chris Paul?

Let's say the Rockets get 2-3 more years out of Paul. Then what? LeBron is back to square one and plays musical chairs again? Is he going to end up playing for 6 different teams by the time his career is over?

Philly has enough young talent that he could retire there. That's a long-term destination.

The only cool thing about LeBron leaving would be seeing if he could become the first player to win a championship with three different teams.

I might think that was cool ten years after it happened.

Potentially watching it happen next year while we’d hover somewhere between 25-41 wins? No thanks.

Agree Houston is a suspect choice. 2-3 more good years of Chris Paul is generous.

Point guards age the fastest given that's the most speed-demanding position.

I think Robert Horry and John Salley already did that.

-Draymond Green CRYING like a bitch to land Durant making it nearly IMPOSSIBLE to build an NBA Championship roster. (In a just world? they've been punished for that stunt)
-The AAU team mentality of the Warriors and their refusal to get paid like how people normally would in this situation.

maybe LeBron needs to follow suit. Not get paid. Chris Paul is a UFA next season... you never know. I think that's the only way he can win a championship going forward unless somehow Philly or LAL can work it out.

Also, I hate Draymond "Donkeylips" Green with a passion. Shorts-saluting jackass. When that guy loses, even if it's to a team like the Celtics... an angel gets its wings.

There is no reason in the world for Lebron to stay.

1. Bad owner
2. Bad GM
3. Horrible players on his team
4. Bad coach
5. No cap flexibility

He is from Ohio and his kids love it here. That’s a big deal, he doesn’t need to ring chase and is effectively a God here. Not the best basketball situation but he already has rings and more money than he could spend in a lifetime. Could see him valuing the Ohio ties more, especially for his kids.

Think LeBron needs 2 rings to be the GOAT. Getting to 5 would without a doubt eliminate Kobe from the number 2 conversation maybe even at 4 he kicks Kobe out. At only 3 I’m still seeing a lot of people bring up Kobe and literally Kobe did nothing better than LeBron other than score more points on way more shots. But ppl suck Kobe’s dick so hard it’s gonna be hard to overcome that without another ring or 2.

So let’s say Bron gets 2 more rings and ends with 12 finals appearances. In 20 years no one will talk about his failures because that’s what we do in sports. No one talks about MJ losing before Pippen. We talk about 6 rings. So Bron ain’t getting to 6 rings. But he can reach a number say 12 to 14 finals appearances. If he got there this season that’s 9. So if he can somehow get there every year for the next 3-5 years(Basically how long he should still be a great player), he’ll end up with a good amount of rings AND a crazy amount of finals appearances. At this point he will also have ALL the important scoring records. So he’ll be the best player ever statistically and he’ll have 5 rings. At that point getting to the finals so many times will overshadow 6/6. The sheer volume of appearances will weigh on people to a point where ppl start thinking.....”hmmm would MJ had lost a couple times if he went to 14 finals? Hmmm MJ was getting booted out of the playoffs so much he didn’t get the chance to rack up finals losses. LeBron has 5 rings and double the appearances as MJ with worse teams than MJ had. He has to be the GOAT.”

its time for LBJ to bring his friends here not the other way around....purge this dump of a roster and make it happen!

I think the thing that sucks is that this isn't a league like the MLB or NFL.

LeBron James the MVP or Cy Young Winner if showed a desire to leave? We could kinda pick and choose his destination, get our pick of minor league prospects, etc from some sort of team.

LeBron the QB? Well...we've seen this happen before. The Cavs would probably be comparable to the Colts in that regard. They'd tank a season, get a "new" one, and we'll try this again.

That's not happening. We're going to be left holding our dick again and wandering through the wilderness for quite sometime.

Shame is that LeBron should have 5 or more already

He choked the Mavs series/Spo got thoroughly outcoached as well.
Injuries in 2015 cost that championship

Call me crazy, but I think those 09 and 10 Cavs teams to the finals I think we win at least one. I just think we matched up well enough against the Lakers. Magic series I feel like we got outcoached. Celtics were just a bad matchup.
